Selective Laser Melting DMLS/SLM/PBF


The professional 3D printing technology of metal laser melting – DMLS / SLM/PBF – allows to build a part in a definitve metallic material.
A 3D printed metallic part has a behaviour and mechanical properties identical to the same part obtained in a traditional way, by CNC machining or casting.
The 3D printed parts could be then post-process by heat treatment , surface treatment or machining.

Average surface roughness:5/6 µm

Accuracy (part dimension ≤ 150mm):±0,3mm

One of the most used alloy in casting; suggested material in any application where the weight reduction is a must, but with always good mechanical behaviour. Good Thermal properties and wealdability completes the material features.

Selective Laser Sintering -SLS- Materials


The professional 3D printing technology of Selectivel Laser Sintering – SLS – allows to build plastic parts with an high level of finiture and performance.
The SLS 3D printer machines use an high power laser to melt, layer by layer, the plastic powders present in the build chamber.
The obtained pieces are excellent concerning both the mechanical properties and the finiture quality

HP Multi Jet Fusion Material


The professional 3D printing technology HP Multijet Fusion owns several innovations among other 3d printing technologies. The HP 3D printer deposit the material like the inkjet typographic printers. In a very fast way a reagent is sprayed and solidify layer by layer , at high temperature, similar to the melting material’s one. HP Multijet Fusion allows very rapid 3D print of objects in series.
